Return & Exchange Policy

At Plush Jewellery, every piece is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and hygienically packed before dispatch. Due to the personal and intimate nature of jewellery, we follow strict hygiene standards and therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a damaged product.

✅ When is a return or exchange accepted?

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a broken or damaged jewellery item.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video and photos must be shared for verification
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange for the affected item.

❌ When are returns or exchanges NOT accepted?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Style or size preferences
  • Colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Wear and tear after use

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and fairness for all our customers.
